Fire and Safety Inspection (NIFAST)
4U Home Inspection Services, Inc., is proud to announce that we now offer Fire and Safety Inspections according to the National Institute of Fire and Safety Training (NIFAST) standards. We are pleased to present this special type of home inspection to those who are safety minded. A Fire and Safety Inspection is different from your typical home inspection in that we strictly focus on potential fire risks and home safety ONLY. Keep in mind this is NOT a code inspection. There is a separate checklist that will be used, and as stated above, we inspect in accordance with NIFAST requirements (Newly Certified #1114). solid understanding of NIFAST fire safety and practices and to also
dramatically improve your home's fire safety profile.
